Returns

  • Eligibility: Items are eligible for a return within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items: Some products, such as personalized items, underwear, swimwear, or gift cards, are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@menll.com or through our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: After receiving your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Shipping the Return: The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75 to ensure we receive the returned product.
  4. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the item, it will be inspected. If the item meets the conditions for a return, we will proceed with a refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be granted for items returned in used or damaged condition.

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange an item rather than return it, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to arrange a product exchange for an equivalent item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will cover the return shipping cost for faulty or incorrect items and offer a full refund or a replacement.

International Orders

For returns and exchanges on international orders, please note that the customer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes incurred during the return process.
