Exchange Policy

Custom embroidered items from our Collegiate Collection are eligible for return only.

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

eturn Postage

We provide a complimentary return shipping label for returns made within the 60-day window for regular price merchandise. If an exception is made for a return outside the return window, the responsibility of the return shipping will be that of the customer.

International Returns

International online orders must be returned via our authorized return process within 90 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team to process this form and to receive shipment documentation.

Afterpay Returns

Afterpay returns follow Menll.com's standard return process. If you return an order made through Afterpay for the first time, it can be confusing, as you may expect the entire payment schedule for your order to be readjusted to reflect the new order value. Once the refund is processed by Menll.com, it automatically drops through to Afterpay, and your payment installment plan is adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment installment.
