We offer the following shipping methods for domestic (U.S.) orders:
Standard Shipping (5-8 business days): $4.99 flat rate
Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days): $9.99 flat rate
Express Shipping (1-3 business days): $19.99 flat rate
For international orders, shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $50 shipped within the contiguous United States.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship certain items to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or some international destinations due to restrictions. Applicable items and locations will be indicated at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times start from the date your order ships, not the purchase date. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed for any shipping method.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can check the status online anytime.
Missing/Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@mnell.com within 30 days of the shipping date to initiate a claim.
Changes to Orders
You cannot make changes to an order once it has entered the shipping process. Please cancel prior to shipping if you need to modify your order.
